We are sad to announce that on November 4, 2023, at the age of 94, Carl C. Fullmer of Mishawaka, Indiana, born in North Liberty, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard C. Fullmer and Rachel E. Fullmer (Tiedge); and his siblings, Frances Buck, Edith Schmidt, Harold, John, Arthur and William Fullmer.

He is survived by: his wife Jeanette A. Naragon; his daughters, Karen L. Fullmer of Mishawaka and Eva M. Snyder (Eric) of South Bend; his grandchildren, Daniel C. Snyder (Maddy), Andrew B. Snyder and Rachel L. Snyder; his great grandchild Greyson J. Snyder; and his siblings, Louise Umbaugh of Osceola and Martin Fullmer of South Bend.

Memorial contributions may be made to HEIFER International, an organization dedicated to feeding the hungry (1 World Avenue, Little Rock, AR 72202).
