We are sad to announce that on August 26, 2022, at the age of 85, Carole Ann Kovacevich (Mishawaka, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hook and Fannie Hook; her siblings, Kenneth Umbaugh, Ronald Hook and Doris Woodruff; her husband Samuel A. Kovacevich; and her son Michael Kenneth.

She is survived by: her sisters, Kathryn Bonder and Betty Borton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Mishawaka, IN or to the St. Labre Indian School, P.O. Box 797, Ashland, MT 59003.
