She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Jayo and Catherine Jayo; and her daughter Deanne Marie Andrysiak Schulz. She is survived by: her children, Donna Andrysiak and Dennis "Denny" Andrysiak of South Bend, IN.; her grandchildren, Cooper, Theo and Mikey Schulz of Washington, D. C.; her brother Bill Jayo (Carolyn); her nephews, Vince, Dean and Nikko of Vacaville, CA; and her great-niece Savannah. She is also survived by her family, friends.
