He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Myers and Edna Myers; and his sister Mary Hendricks. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Myers (Chadwell); his children, Russ Kloskin (Nancy), Elaine Lydeen (John) and David Myers (Tammy); his stepdaughters, Lori Dreibelbeis (Leroy), Lisa Dale (Jason) and Karen Miller (Carl Craig); and his grandchildren, David, Cierra, Brandi, Kelsey, David Jr., Ashlyn, Kaley, Kodi, Jacob, Megan, Lucas and Ty.
