He is survived by: his mother Joan Ball of Bristol, IN; his daughter Lindsey Andrews (Levi) of Columbia, TN; his siblings, Gilbert Ball (Barbara) of Granger, IN, Leslie Newcomb (Ron) of Bonita Springs, FL, Susan Ball (Thomas Farr) of Elkhart, IN and Kristin Cabanaw of Mishawaka, IN.; and his grandchildren, Mason, Paige and Reese Andrews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in David's memory to Pet Refuge, 4626 Burnett Drive, South Bend, IN 46614.
