She is survived by: her husband Randy; her sons, Adam Smith (Sarah), Jason Smith (Angie) and Zachary Sheneman; and her siblings, Charlene Applegate (Gary), Linda Fleese, Kathy Belich (Dan), David Conard and Robert VanKempen. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
