He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen D. Tam and Harriet A. Tam (Duncan); and his niece Tara Miller (Lehman). He is survived by: his sisters, Sandra Lehman of Edwardsburg and Glenda Sachman of Mishawaka; and his siblings' children, Carrie Thompson of South Bend and John Lehman (Nicole) of Edwardsburg. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, as well as great-great nieces and nephews.
