He is survived by: his wife Donna Galbreath; his children, Denise Kimmel (Denny), Dave Frye (Judy) and Janeen Stephens (Russ); his grandchildren, Heather, Mallory, Elizabeth, Josh, Adam, Frances and Clara; and his pets, Forrest and Bubba. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and extended family.
