He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Brackevelt and Agnes Brackevelt (Demeske). He is survived by: his children, Julie Perkins (David) and Donald Brackevelt Jr.; his granddaughter Claudia Baloun (Kayson); his children, Sidney Wells (Dawson), Cole Brackevelt and Megan Stewart; and his brother Ronald Brackevelt.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens (10776 McKinley Hwy, Osceola, IN 46561).
