He is survived by: his mother Sandra Westphal (Kleinfeldt); his significant other Carrie Fox (Fisher); his children, Vicky Fox, Austin Fox, Taleah Fox, Evan Fox, Kayla Stambaugh, Haley Stambaugh, Sierra Stambaugh and Justin Stambaugh; his siblings, Annette Sigman (Chad), Diane Weedling (Jim), Kevin Fox (Kaelyn) and Brian Westphal; and his uncle Donald Fox.
