He is survived by: his mother Darlene Ann Fisk III (Eggleston) of Marcellus, MI; his daughter Heidi E. Rose of Elkhart; his grandchildren, Joey Lace of Memphis, IN and Dean Rose of Elkhart; his son-in-law Jon Lace of Memphis, IN; and his siblings, Guy Fisk (Shirlee), Yvonne Sparks (Tim), Darlene Ann Ludlow, Janice Fisk Jones, Todd Fisk and Allen Fisk.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
