He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard W. Taylor and Ethel F. Taylor (Compton); his wife Betty Davies; his siblings, Joann Jones, George "Bud" Taylor, Warren "John" Taylor and Howard "Tom" Taylor; his close friend Ritacarol Benjamin; and his daughter-in-law Janice Taylor.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Taylor, Mike Taylor (Lin) and Dave Taylor (Michelle Alter); his grandchildren, Mark Jr., Monica, Matthew, Beth, James, Billy, Jen, Josh and Tonya; and his sisters, Jane Fricano, Joyce Young and Carol Lokomski. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Heart to Heart Hospice for the care and compassion shown to Harvey during his time with them In his memory, donations may be made to a charity that supports children.
