He is survived by: his wife Carol J. Miller; his daughters, Julie Dolan (Kevin), Jennifer Driscoll (Bob), Jacqueline Paletta (George), Jeanne Dolan (Darrell) and Jodi Kleiber (Jeff); his grandchildren, Kevin Jr., Claire, Patrick Dolan, Katie, Michael, Matthew Driscoll, Sarah Revetta (Sal), Savannah McConnell (Austin), George, Emma Paletta, Jim, Megan, Daniel, Erin Dolan, Julia and Jack Kleiber; his great grandchildren, Ava and Sal Revetta; his brother Dayton Holt (Linda); and his aunt Zona Ballweg.
