She was predeceased by: her parents, Elke Lewellen and Jacqueline Lewellen (Tuesley); and her brother Brad Lewellen. She is survived by: her husband Bruce; her children, Corey Mull (Eryka Kettering) and Brooke Gentry; and her sister Karen Anderson (Curt).

In lieu of flowers the family would like to request donations be made to the Food Bank of Northern Indiana (702 Chapin Street, South Bend, Indiana 46601).
