She was predeceased by: her parents, Loren Berkey and Ethel Berkey (Zehner); and her siblings, Joyce Aessa and Ronnie Berkey. She is survived by: her husband Karl Veevaete; and her children, Elaine Kay Veevaete of Mishawaka, Beverly Diane Veevaete of Mishawaka and Michael Allen Veevaete of Mishawaka.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home (501 North Elkhart Street, Wakarusa, IN 46573). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. John's United Church of Christ in Woodland.
