He is survived by: his sons, Corey Willingham of Mishawaka and Kurtis Willingham of New Orleans, Louisiana.; his siblings, Marcia Zentz of Osceola, Jerry Willingham of Smithfield and Steve Eberlein of Navarre, Florida.; and his nephews, Jeremy Willingham (Jackie), Christopher Willingham (Heather), Dennis Pierce Jr. (Tracy) and Craig Pierce (Amanda).
