She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Mazzone and Mary Mazzone (Nate); and her husband Richard "Dick" Kucela. She is survived by: her children, Brian Mazzone (Kerry), Carrie Martin (Ron) and Nicole "Nikki" Persyn (Jeff); her grandchildren, Macie Leathers (Steven), Mitchell Martin (Kasey), Morgan Martin and Isabella Persyn; her great grandchildren, Blair and Beau Leathers; and her sister Elizabeth "Betty" Welch.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hahn Funeral Home (505 W 8th St, Mishawaka, IN 46544). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
