He was predeceased by: his father John Boult. He is survived by: his children, Rachael Zentz (Tim) of Mishawaka and Matthew Boult of Mishawaka; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Sophia Zentz and Gianna Boult; and his sister Sandra King (David). He is also survived by loving in-laws as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
