He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn Skeen; and his stepfather Joseph Skeen. He is survived by: his former wife Deanna Ramirez; his children, John A. Ramirez of Mishawaka and Ashley Krom of South Bend; his granddaughter Nevaeh; his father Victor Ramirez; his stepmother Diane Ramirez; and his siblings, Victoria Sandoval (Jose), Damian Ramirez (Theresa) and Rick Jones.
