She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Williamson and Gladys Williamson; her husband Jerry Welter; and her granddaughter Aubrie Richard. She is survived by: her children, Lorraine Cochran (William), Deborah Richard (Gregory), David Welter and Michael Welter (Robert Sillonis); her grandsons, Joseph Cochran and Jason Sherrill; and her great grandchild Dakota Cochran.
