The memory of Karen Louise Basham of Mishawaka, Indiana, who passed away on July 29, 2025 at the age of 82, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Blaine Snyder and Ruth Snyder; and her husband Bobby D. Basham. She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Hubbard of Virginia; her stepdaughters, Debbie Dodge (Denny), Tammie Hibshman (Ed) of Elkhart and Kim Haller (Scott) of Sturgis; her grandchildren, Aiden, Alex Hubbard, Jeff, Kelly (Charlie), Michael Pratt (Melissa), Ryan (Kaitlin), Adam (Jenny), Nicholas Hibshman (Natalie), Kayla (Ryan), Ryne (Jessii), Jessica and Jacob Haller; and her brother David Snyder.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church-Mishawaka (724 N Main St, Mishawaka, IN 46545). A burial will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens Cemetery (10776 McKinley Hwy, Osceola, IN 46561).
