He was predeceased by: his wife Donna R. Burkhart of Mishawaka. He is survived by: his daughters, Carla R. Witmer (Rick Taylor) of Granger and Tracy L. Bloss (Terry) of Mishawaka; his grandchildren, Brittany N. Bloss of Mishawaka and Austin S. Witmer of Granger; his great grandchildren, Aeris, Melody and Alivia; his siblings, Cheryle J. Bates (Jack) of Cape Coral, Florida, Anita Larkins McKinney of Tennessee and Patrick H. Larkins of Rascommon; and his friends, Mike and Kathy Nisley.

The family request's in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to Center for Hospice 501 Comfort Place Mishawaka, IN 46545 or St. Joseph County Humane Society.
