He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Sulentic and Sherry Sulentic (Hulett); his children, Jason James Sulentic and Mary Faye Sulentic; his siblings, Bradley Buck (Jody), Taylor Bartell, April McCormick (Ryan), Cheyenne Higbee, Cierra Higbee, Savannah Higbee and Shealyn Higbee; his cousins, Steve Sulentic Jr., David Sulentic Jr. and Desiree Sulentic; his uncles, Craig Sulentic (Ramona), Dave Sulentic (Theresa) and Andy Hess (Cathy); his aunt Donna Sulentic; and his children, Thomas and Sherry Sulentic.
