She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Marker and Helen Marker (Rader). She is survived by: her children, Mark Alan Bontrager (Tammy), Michael Glen Bontrager (Leslie) and Susan Jane (Philip); her sisters, Janet Patus (Rudy) and Susan Caughey (Bruce); her grandchildren, Kyle Bontrager, Kaley Bontrager, Nathan Trippel, Carleigh Trippel, Caroline Bontrager and Cecelia Bontrager; her friend Sharon Hogle; and her pet Violet. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Palmer Funeral Home - Bubb Chapel (3910 N Main St, Mishawaka, IN 46545). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at the Resthaven Cemetery.
