He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Powers and Dorothy Powers. He is survived by: his children, Gillian Stengel (Christopher) of Bloomington, Erin Wills (Steve) of Mclean, Kristin Forte (Chris) and Ray Powers of Mishawaka, Indiana.; his grandchildren, Keegan Powers, Aaliyah Nickum, Hayden Nickum, Alexandra Wills, Annabelle Forte, Owen Forte, Cooper Stengel, Parker Stengel and Chelseigh Stengel; and his sister Neva Powers. He is also survived by his family, friends.
