He is survived by: his wife Maxine Baker (Bemis); his children, Dee Milum (Bill) of Richardson, TX, Tracy Belakovich (Chris) of Elkhart, IN, Holly Alfrey (Kevin) of Elkhart and Wally of Paragould, AR.; his grandchildren, Kristina Parrott (Kyle), Amanda Craft, Kaley Amonett (Nathan), Morgan Boehnlein (Luke), Abby Alfrey, Cody, Michelle, Wally and Philip Davis; his siblings, Linda Kutia (Paul), Cathy Carney (Skip), Phil (Betsy) and Dan of Morocco; and his pet Maggie Doodle. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
