He is survived by: his wife Tammy Bordner; his children, Shanna VanDamme (Ryan), Krystal Fouts (Darrik), Nicholas Getzinger (Katie) and Matthew Culp; and his grandchildren, Morgan, Ava, Liam, Camden, Kenton, London, Hunter, Corbin and Brinley.
