She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. William James Fagaly and Dorothy Fagaly (Wheeler); her grandson Adam Potts; and her brother William Fagaly. She is survived by: her sons, Marc Potts of Elkhart and Christopher Potts (Sheri) of Michigan City; her grandchildren, Sasha Goldstein, Sarah Potts, Kelly Quillin (Jay), Kristi Potts (Fran) and Michael Potts; and her husband Philip Carlton Potts of South Bend, Indiana.. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
