We are sad to announce that on July 7, 2022, at the age of 91, Patsy Forgue of Mishawaka, Indiana, born in South Bend, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Wargon; her husband William Forgue; her close friend John Kloski; and her siblings, Molly Giver, Robert Smith, Norman Smith and Richard Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Helzer (Ned), Rhonna Forgue (Jennifer Kinner) and Kim Tagliaferri (Mark); her grandchildren, Danyelle Schnepp and Nic Tagliaferri; her great grandchildren, Charlie and Wade Schnepp; her siblings, Phyllis Smith and Vinson Smith (Mary Anne); and her pets, Bella, Lucy and Buddy.
