He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Chmiel and Ruby Chmiel (McGee). He is survived by: his wife Mary Chmiel; and his siblings, Angela Chmiel of Mishawaka and Jesse Chmiel (Elizabeth) of Goshen. He is also survived by two sisters-in-law; two brothers-in-law; and 45 nieces/nephews and their children.
