It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy M. Champion of Mishawaka, Indiana, born in Russellville, Kentucky, who passed away on September 25, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmitt Matthews and Pauline Matthews (Hallmon); and her siblings, Jean Smith and Jim Matthews. She is survived by: her husband Lewis J. Champion; her sons, Tim Champion and Thomas Champion; her granddaughters, Michelle Champion, Katie Champion and Melissa Edwards; and her sister Stella Mason. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made at the donor's choice.
