We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2022, at the age of 93, Phyllis Ann Hendrickson of Mishawaka, Indiana, born in South Bend, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Ray; and her son Harry Brown. She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Vail of Osceola, Sandra Jones of Peru, Valera Brown of Logansport and Paula Blank of South Bend; her sister Shirley Labadie of South Bend; and her daughter-in-law Brenda Brown. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
