She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Earl Burkhart and Florene Burkhart (Curry); her husband Robert Hovermale; and her siblings, Ellen Person, Donna Larkins and Earl Burkhart.

She is survived by: her daughter Sandra White; her grandchildren, Jamies Arndt (RJ) and Jimi Bueno; and her great grandchildren, Nevaeh Derkis, Mckenna and Warren Arndt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
