He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Werner and Kathryn Werner (Rodwell); his daughter Shelley Ann Werner; and his siblings, Linda Werner, Janet Bechler and Gary Werner.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Fleck; his children, Carrie Swailes (Nate) of East Jordan, Tammy Fisher of Mishawaka, Mike Fisher (Jenifer) of Mishawaka, Daniel "Boone" Fisher (Heather) of Mishawaka and Curtiss; and his grandchildren, Amelia, Natalie Swailes, Ryan (Charda), Jeffery (Marian), Courtnee Anderson of Carl, Justin, Brady Fisher, Addison Fisher, Alex Boggs, Alexis, Shelly, Emily and Ty Werner.
