He is survived by: his children, Krystal Shock (Terry) of South Bend, Kyle Collins of South Bend and Dakota Collins of Mishawaka; and his siblings, Howard Radican of Michigan, Cindy Coffman (Dan) of South Bend, Carmen Sanchez (Carlos) of South Bend, Melvin Mahler (Kelly) of South Bend and William Collins of South Bend.
