With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald Leroy Holbert of Mishawaka, Indiana, who passed away on September 18, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Holbert and Myrtle Holbert (Barley); his brother Rex Holbert; and his brother-in-law Jim Funk. He is survived by: his wife Sally (Lawrence); his son Lawrence Holbert; his grandchildren, Sadie Holbert (Broc Smith) of Denver, Colorado. and William Holbert (Brooke Morgan) of Denver, Colorado.; his brother Lee Holbert of Fort Myers, FL; his sister-in-law Andrea Holbert of Mishawaka; and his sisters, Betty Funk of South Bend and Verna Smethers (Richard) of Osceola.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Funeral Home (10776 McKinley Hwy, Osceola, IN 46561). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens (10776 McKinley Hwy, Osceola, IN 46561).
