He is survived by: his sister Rhonda Wickizer; his son-in-law Daniel Coussens; his daughter Jessica Coussens; his grandchildren, Ryan Coussens (Britni) and Nicole Wescott (Robert) of Tolleson, AZ; his great grandchildren, Rylee and Hadley Wescott; his siblings, Richard Mize (Mary) of Winchester, IN and Diana Mize; and his brother-in-law Bob Wickizer.
