She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Smallwood and Lexie Smallwood (Varble). She is survived by: her children, Angela Hershberger, Debra Brosam, Ron Hensley, Mark Hensley and Larry Hensley. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 3 sisters and 1 brother.
