He was predeceased by: his wife Diane Louise Deka Spencer; and his brothers, John Spencer and Michael Spencer. He is survived by: his sister Susan Huff (Gregory "Jake"); his children, Dustin Milton, Stephen Spencer, Jr. and Kristie Buesching; and his grandchildren, Kaydence Spencer, Skyler Spencer, Sophia Buesching, Jacob Buesching, Gavin Milton, Trinidy Milton and Mahayla Milton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
