She was predeceased by: her parents, John Charles and Ruth Alice Kostry (Lange). She is survived by: her siblings, John L. Kostry (Janice) of South Bend and Marilyn Kostry of Granger; her siblings' children, Alicia Bottorff (Brian), John Charles Kostry (Jinny), Neal Kostry (Abby) and Karen Miles; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ben, Charlie, Sam, Zeke, Henry Bottorff, John Aiden Kostry, Luca Kostry, Jessica and Colleen Rivet.

In her memory, donations may be made to the Center for Hospice or Holy Cross Church.
