He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Gates and Anne Philips. He is survived by: his children, Jim Gates (Kelly), Kristy Dill (Dave) and Christopher Gates (Mary); his grandchildren, Allyson, Zachary, Maddy, Jordan, Autumn Rose of Charlie, AJ, Lucas, Stella and Gus; his stepmother Patty Gates; his sisters, Traci Gates and Cathie Chamberlain; his uncle Tom; and his aunt Darlene Philips.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Terry's memory to the Wounded Warrior Project.
