William Lowery Sr. Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of William Lowery Sr. of Mishawaka, Indiana. William, born on April 30, 1944, passed away on July 15, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Fay Vaught (Lowery); his stepfather Charlie Vaught; his grandson Jonathan Layne; and his half-brother Roger Vaught. He is survived by: his children, William R. Lowery II of Los Angeles, CA, Danielle Layne (Joe) of North Liberty, IN and Nichole Proctor (Randy) of Mishawaka, IN.; his grandchildren, William R. Lowery III, Nicholas Lowery, Sarah Lowery, Anthony Layne, Joseph Layne, Mindy Layne, Farrah Proctor and Clint Proctor; and his half-sister Shirley Couch of Mishawaka, IN. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
