She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold VanCleave and Artie Mae VanCleave (Russell); her former husband Milton Hancock, Jr.; her husband Leon Blackwell; and her sister Betty Nikirk.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Ann Hancock Baker (Danny) of Mitchell; her granddaughter Shelby Dawn Henderson (Justin) of Orleans; her great grandchildren, Molly Justine Henderson (Braeden Fults) of Orleans and J. B. Henderson of Orleans; her grandson Brandon Lee Baker; and her sisters, Louise Buchanan and Bernadine Harrell.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chastain Funeral Home (705 W Warren St, Mitchell, IN 47446). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Mitchell Cemetery.
