She was predeceased by : her parents, Gordon Blackburn and Alice Blackburn (Thompson); her husband Barney Goins; her daughter Krista Goins; and her siblings, Ronnie Blackburn and Brenda Magnus.
She is survived by : her daughters, Debra Goins, Teresa Goins and Shannon Roach (Jim); her grandchildren, Lindsay Davis (Michael), Whitney Haase, Tasheena Sinclair (Ryan), Jacob Roach, Hiley Roach, Zac Cooper and Landon Cooper; her great grandchildren, Emma, Haylee, Julian, Blake, Gavin, Ellie, Maya, Sophia, Wesley and Isaac; her siblings, Larry Blackburn, Marilyn Peters, Stella Trowbridge and Betty Jo Blackburn; and her sister-in-law Margaret Blackburn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
