He is survived by: his wife Minnie Lou Milligan of Mitchell; his children, Carolanna Sue Sutherlin (Mark) of Mitchell, Monica Lou Patterson of Mt. Vernon and Elaine Michelle Miller (Andy) of Mitchell; his grandchildren, Niky Meadows (Jason), Samuel Adam Miller (Kayla), Brittany Danielle Adams, Sarah Annalee Miller and Mason Michael Webster; his great grandchildren, Jayson Blaine, Tanner Keith, Xavier Dean, Frankie Mae and Olyvia Jayde; his nephew Bill Brim (Natalie) of Mitchell; and his nieces, Christina Knight of Tennessee, Telena Deckard of Bloomington and Delphenia Carron (Ray) of Bedford.
