With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gregory Dean Brewer of Mitchell, Indiana, who passed away on June 21, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Brewer and Betty Brewer (Browning); and his siblings, Don Brewer and Connie Stone. He is survived by: his significant other Cathy Brewer of Mitchell; his children, Audra Gerkin (Jake) of Mitchell and Adam Brewer (Autumn Hardwick) of Bedford; his grandchildren, Madison Gerkin of Mitchell, Ethan Gerkin of Mitchell, Ella Gerkin of Mitchell and Aubri Brewer of Boston, Kentucky; and his siblings, David Brewer of Orleans and Patricia Brewer of Paoli. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests donations be made to the Lawrence County Cancer Patient Services and Riley Children's Hospital in Greg's memory.
