He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie Dale and Elma Louise Page (Flynn); his son Michael Dale Page; and his brother Robert Lee Page. He is survived by: his sons, Stephen Michael Jones, James Allen Page and John Wesley Page; and his siblings, Danny L. Page, LaDonna Page and Susan Rio. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
