She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Alvey and Anna Lucile Alvey (Crowe); her husband Kenneth Edmond Courtright; and her siblings, Donnie Alvey and Jerry Alvey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Lynn Zehr (Jake) of Dubois and Penny Ann Robbins (Tony) of French Lick; and her siblings, Larry Alvey (Karen) of Paoli and Rita Eaton of Bloomington. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Mitchell Cemetery (1315 W Brook St, Mitchell, IN 47446).
