She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Leroy and Nellie Ann Coots (Phipps); her husband Wayne Mann; and her siblings, Edith Coots, Ernest Coots, Louis Coots, Helen Coots Rightley, Lester Coots, Charles Coots and Clarence Coots.
She is survived by: her daughter Waneta Wires (Jim); her granddaughter Jamie Wires; her great grandchildren, Jason Mosier (Hannah) and Jacob Wires (Hannah); and her stepgreat-grandson Corey Fullen (Alyssa). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mitchell Cemetery (1315 W Brook St, Mitchell, IN 47446).
