She is survived by: her parents, Timothy Scott Duncan (Melody) of Mitchell and Diana Lynn Guthrie (McLaughlin) of Mitchell; her brothers, Tyler Johnson of Bedford and Josh Johnson (Kat) of Bedford; her grandparents, Sharon "Nana" Eisele of Mitchell and McLaughlin of Loogootee; her boyfriend Houston Akers; her brother Anthony Wade; her grandparents, Scott "Pappy" Eisele, Bob Duncan, Nancy Duncan, Diane Kinkead, Mary Guthrie and Mike Guthrie; and her great-grandparents, Myrtle "Mammie" Turner and Bob. She is also survived by two nephews; and several cousins, aunts, and uncles.
